از ماجرا های استراليا: مستاجری که به دليل پاره بودن موکت بزمين خورده بود از صاحبخانه شکايت کرد و دادگاه رای به پرداخت يک مليون و دويست هزار دلار خسارت به او داد. ( البته کل ماجرا چيزی حدود 10-12 سال طول کشيد)
